ITS CHRIIIISSSSTTTMMMMAAAASSSSS
As you all know the festive period is upon us, so below you will find the list of club closures and reopenings. I, as a student and not an instructor, cannot stress enough how important training over the holidays is. This is the only real time in Karate that you get a break. However, Karate is one of those things that, when you stop doing it, it is extremely hard to get back into the swing of things.
I, myself, love nothing better than a week off karate, but in saying that, the next week during training is hell for me and I cannot get in the groove again, in the end up, it is not worth the hassell. Being in my house surrounded by karate means you never really get a rest anyway. Remember the grading is only around the corner, it will be an all day event and without regular training your full pass will turn into a temporary pass which is nearly impossible to shift before Black Belt, and your temporary pass will turn into a fail!
